Echo 1 ASR Review and Upgrade/Silencer

Wednesday, January 11th, 2012

My honest opinion of the Echo 1 ASR advanced sniper rifle and what I did to upgrade this airsoft rifle to get consistent performance from it. I think the rifle needs some works out of the box.. there are a few things I thought needed replacement like the piston and spring guide, as well as the barrel spacers….and the barrel itself. Also slapped a custom silencer on it to give it a different look

How to turn ANY semi-automatic into a fully-automatic

      Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

This technique, (in it’s current unrefined form,) isn’t too applicable to an actual airsoft firefight, though, I imagine a determined and creative airsoft player will prove me wrong. Theoretically, with a little adapting, this should work with ANY blowback equipment, including AEGs (probably not very well) and actual semi-automatic firearms. (It’s probably illegal, don’t do it.) Please don’t do anything stupid, we don’t need to give the anti-gun community anything else to gawk at. With GBB airsoft pistols, the magazine will tend to freeze up VERY quickly, as most GBB aren’t designed to fire in full auto. If you actually apply this technology in airsoft field with a GBB I suggest you don’t use it as a primary weapon, as the rapid-cooling effects of decompression could damage your magazine if prolonged to the usage of a primary AEG. Like all “How to” videos, you perform this under your own risk. The gun in this video is a Tokyo Marui (How do you pronounce that?) airsoft Gas Blow-Back pistol. I don’t need to hear, “You suck, get a real gun.” because I have a real gun. 2 actually. A .22 target pistol for cheap fun, and a .357 magnum for the boring, rainy days. I use propane (Green gas) in my GBB. I haven’t observed ANY damage in my Chrome TM D.Eagle as of yet. I discourage the use of greengas. Check out airsoft-innovations.com I’m a satisfied customer. I used twine on my gun because of it’s low friction. That’s very important. I tried doing it with a shoelace but it had too

In some states it is ILLEGAL to craft any device that lowers the pitch of a firing device that: IS a real firearm, or resembles a firearm, AKA Airsoft Gun. You Have Been Warned.
